What To Expect | Our Process

Select Style + Retouching Package
During your project booking or planning session you will be asked to select an editing style—Light & Airy, Classic, Golden, or Dark & Moody—and select either Standard Editing or Advanced Retouching to match your vision.
Our team will guide you through the process to ensure your final photos reflect your preferences.

Sneak Peeks + Style Approval
After your session or event, you will receive a sneak peek of 10-15 edited images in the style you’ve selected, usually within a few days.
At this stage, we can adjust the style or lighting based on your feedback before moving on to processing the full gallery.
For those with advanced editing packages,

Gallery Review + Revisions
Once you’ve received the full gallery, we encourage you to review the images. If any minor adjustments are needed (lighting, blemishes, or object removal), simply let us know before finalizing.
In this phase we will be happy to address additional retouching needs or revision requests.

Final Gallery Delivery
Once revisions are complete and your gallery meets your expectations, you’ll be asked to approve it. We’ll then send a project closeout email with instructions for downloading your images, your custom download pin, and a print release, along with details on prints and products available through our gallery store.
Requesting Revisions
Our gallery system features a heart icon, allowing clients to create a folder labeled “Revisions” in which they can select the specific images they would like us to review and revise.
If your revision requests exceed the scope of your purchased retouching package, you can either upgrade to have the entire gallery retouched or choose advanced editing for individual images. See Packages Below

Advanced Retouching Disclaimer & Limitations
Our goal is always to enhance your images while keeping you looking natural and true to life. Advanced retouching includes a range of subtle, gallery-wide improvements such as acne reduction, stray hair softening, minor body shaping, teeth whitening, and overall skin refinement.
Please note that not all retouching requests are always possible. Some adjustments, especially those involving complex backgrounds, difficult clothing textures, severe wrinkles, strong tan lines, drastic lighting inconsistencies, or major changes to body shape; May have technical limitations. In these cases, we will complete the edits to the highest quality achievable while maintaining a realistic appearance.
Advanced retouching covers refinement, not full reconstruction. We use professional tools and techniques to elevate your images, but results will vary based on lighting, environment, and the condition of the clothing, makeup, and skin in the original photograph.
If a particular area needs more detailed, image-by-image Photoshop work, we will notify you and can provide options for additional custom editing.
